About Integrated Land Management
Integrated Land Management (ILM) operates at the forefront of the UK’s Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) market.
We work with landowners to unlock the biodiversity value of their land, creating Biodiversity Gain Sites that deliver long-term environmental and commercial benefits. We also support developers by supplying off-site biodiversity units to meet mandatory BNG requirements.
As demand for BNG continues to increase, particularly with Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects coming into scope from 2026, ILM is growing, and we’re looking to expand our operations team.
The role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Operations Assistant to support our Operations Manager across the delivery of BNG projects.

There may also be opportunities to:
Support the promotion of biodiversity units across online platforms
