Meet the Team
Real people, real passion.
ILM was initially established in 2020 to assist landowners with the creation of biodiversity units. We have consistently evolved alongside the emerging BNG industry, positioning ourselves at the forefront to guide you through its dynamic landscape.
Our collective backgrounds give us a truly unique insight that spans the spectrum of the BNG industry. Our expertise in planning and development means we know the intricate, regulatory landscape that developers face - we really do understand your planning headaches! With strong agricultural experience, we also understand the crucial balance between conservation and productive land use for landowners, allowing us to develop BNG strategies that align with existing land activities.
