Integrated Land Management (ILM) ILM is a specialist Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) advisory and delivery business operating across England. We work with landowners, developers, local authorities, and infrastructure promoters to structure, deliver, and manage high-quality BNG habitat banks and conservation covenant schemes.

Our team works across the full BNG project lifecycle, from identifying suitable land and assessing habitat opportunities through to securing agreements, supporting habitat delivery, managing long-term obligations and supplying units to developers. As mandatory BNG has taken hold across the planning and NSIP sectors, ILM is growing rapidly and is building the team to match.
