The site includes very high distinctiveness Wood-pasture and Parkland and high distinctiveness Traditional Orchards, with condition enhancements proposed to improve biodiversity value. Hedgerow enhancements will also be delivered, including Line of Trees and Species-rich Native Hedgerow with Trees units.
The site has an approved Habitat Management and Monitoring Plan (HMMP) and is legally secured via a Conservation Covenant. It is registered on the Biodiversity Gain Site Register and available to support off-site Biodiversity Net Gain delivery.
